Our Story
About Paradise Meadows
A family-founded care home built on a simple belief: every elder deserves to live with dignity, warmth, and genuine love — not just professional care.
How We Started
Born From a Family's Experience
About Paradise MeadowsAt Paradise Meadows, we are committed to providing compassionate, personalized care in a warm and welcoming home environment. Proudly owned and operated by Cris Medina and his wife, Margaret Medina, our mission is to ensure that every resident feels safe, respected, and valued.Cris is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience. Throughout his career, he has served in emergency medicine, critical care, and primary care settings, developing extensive experience caring for older adults and individuals with complex medical needs. His background includes working closely with seniors in both healthcare and residential care environments, giving him a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and social needs of the aging population.Together, Cris and Margaret are dedicated to creating a family-centered atmosphere where residents receive the highest quality of care while maintaining their dignity, independence, and quality of life. As hands-on owners and operators, they take great pride in building meaningful relationships with residents and their families, ensuring that each individual receives the attention and support they deserve. At Paradise Meadows, you're not just choosing a place to live—you're becoming part of our family.
Located in the heart of Menifee, California, Paradise Meadows opened its doors as a small, intimate residential care home — one where every resident is known by name, every preference is remembered, and every day is filled with warmth and purpose.
Today, we continue that founding mission: to provide the highest quality of personalized elder care in a setting that truly feels like home — for residents and families alike.
What Guides Us
Our Mission & Values
Our mission is simple: to provide compassionate, personalized residential care that allows every elder to live with dignity, comfort, and joy.
Compassion First
Every decision we make starts with empathy. We treat each resident as we would our own family — with patience, kindness, and genuine care.
Safety & Trust
Families trust us with their most precious loved ones. We honor that trust through rigorous safety standards, transparent communication, and consistent accountability.
Dignity Always
Every resident deserves to feel respected and valued. We preserve dignity in every interaction — from personal care to daily conversation.
Community & Connection
Loneliness is one of the greatest challenges in aging. We foster genuine friendships, social engagement, and a true sense of belonging.
The People Behind the Care
A Team That Truly Cares
Our caregivers are the heart of Paradise Meadows. Each team member is carefully selected not just for their professional qualifications, but for their genuine warmth, patience, and passion for elder care.
All staff undergo thorough background checks, CPR and first aid certification, and ongoing training in elder care best practices — including dementia care, medication management, and fall prevention.
Many of our caregivers have been with us for years, building deep bonds with residents and families. That continuity of care makes a real difference in the quality of life for those in our home.
